About this conference
The 2026 Preparedness Summit, ‘Protecting Our Communities: State and Local Preparedness in Action,’ spotlights the need for increased self-reliance on state and local partnerships amid a changing federal policy and budget landscape. This conference will be the beginning of an ongoing national conversation focusing on the evolution of the public health preparedness system. Attendees can choose to join in-person for face-to-face networking and interactive sessions, or participate virtually to access conference programming, recordings, and on-demand content from anywhere. The Summit offers expert speakers, dynamic sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities, providing attendees with knowledge, resources, and relationships necessary to prepare for and respond to public health emergencies.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship and exhibit opportunities are available for the 2026 Preparedness Summit. A prospectus detailing these options will be released soon. Exhibit packages include standard booths (10’ x 10’ with draped sidewalls and back drape) and upgraded packages that include furnishings and electricity. Both options include one full conference registration, three exhibit hall only badges per booth, listing in the exhibitor directory, and a post-show attendee list. Costs range from $1,450 for non-profit standard booths to $2,500 for commercial/government or non-profit package booths.
