About this conference
The U.S. Administration for Community Living's (ACL) Office of Healthcare Information and Counseling (OHIC) is pleased to announce the 2026 OHIC National Conference. The purpose of the conference is to support, inform, and strengthen the work of Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program, State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), and Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) grantees nationwide. The conference will provide participants with an opportunity to review the core values and best practices that define these programs while building new skills to enhance education, outreach, and team engagement efforts. Attendees will have dedicated time to network, share insights, and explore innovative strategies to strengthen their programs and partnerships. The agenda is designed to address the needs of each program.
