About this conference
The inaugural National Voir Dire College is an immersive three-day training program designed to equip criminal defense lawyers with elite-level skills in jury deselection. Participants will learn advanced techniques to identify and strike biased jurors, master crafting effective voir dire questions to elicit honest answers, and build juries conducive to a "Not Guilty" verdict. The training features fast-paced lectures, demonstration-based learning, focused small-group exercises, and interaction with real jurors, led by nationally recognized trial advocacy experts. The program focuses on how to weed out biased, dangerous, and unpredictable jurors, refining voir dire techniques to surgically expose bias, and building a jury that can truly get to "Not Guilty."
