About this conference
This convening aims to provide reimbursement instructions to states attending the 2026 National UI Convening. The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) will reimburse travel costs for up to two individuals per state. The convening focuses on program integrity, performance goals (improper payment rate, Nonmonetary Determination Timelapse, First Payment Timeliness), data quality, and improving integration of UI activities. It serves as an opportunity for states and ETA to work together to identify support and accelerate state performance improvements.
