About this conference
The 7th annual NASPA-SC Drive-In conference will be Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Midlands Technical College- Airport Campus located in Columbia, South Carolina. Our conference theme will be "Growth and Innovation in Higher Education." Our aim is to offer a conference filled with resourceful breakout sessions, guest speakers and engagement opportunities for higher education professionals to discover resources and insights that can be beneficial now as well as in the future.
Sponsorship options
NASPA-South Carolina welcomes corporate sponsors for the annual drive-in conference. Sponsorship levels include Bronze Level ($100), Silver Level ($300), and Gold Level ($500). Benefits for Bronze include one free conference registration, exhibit booth, sponsorship level sign at booth, recognition at the opening session, recognition in the annual conference program (no corporate logo), corporate listing/link on the NASPA-SC conference website, and a list of attendees. Silver level includes two free conference registrations, exhibit booth, sponsorship level sign at booth, recognition at the opening session, eligibility to submit an interest session proposal, recognition in the annual conference program, corporate listing/link on the NASPA-SC conference website, a list of attendees, use of corporate logo in NASPA-SC advertisements, special recognition in NASPA-SC media, and recognition in the e-mail newsletter. Gold level includes three free conference registrations, exhibit booth, sponsorship level sign at booth, recognition at all general sessions, representative receives three (3) minutes to speak at a general session, eligibility to submit an interest session proposal, recognition in the annual conference program, corporate listing/link on the NASPA-SC conference website, a list of attendees, logo and recognition on NASPA-SC website, first right of priority participation of NASPA-SC sponsored projects/events, use of corporate logo in NASPA-SC advertisements, special recognition in NASPA-SC media, and recognition in the e-mail newsletter.
