National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, Inc.

NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, Inc.) is the professional association for the field of student affairs in higher education; its mission states that "as the leading voice of student affairs, NASPA drives innovation and evidence-based, student-centered practice throughout higher education, nationally and globally." NASPA connects over 15,000 professionals across roughly 2,100 institutions worldwide and provides conferences, research, publications, and professional development; it recently launched a collaborative strategic-planning process that will culminate with a new strategic plan in March 2026.
