About this conference

The conference features a strong lineup of sessions, including labor contract costing fundamentals, a behind‑the‑scenes look at the State of Minnesota's bargaining process, the Persuasion Flywheel negotiation framework, a two‑part panel on Minnesota Paid Leave implementation, First Amendment and social media guidance for public employers, a legislative update, and a closing workshop on depolarizing the workplace. In‑person attendees will also enjoy networking events, including Wednesday evening at Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery. This three-day event offers expert-led sessions on labor relations, negotiations, legal updates, and workplace culture, with both in-person and virtual attendance options. Registration includes access to all expert‑led sessions, conference materials, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and networking opportunities. Early‑bird and member rates are available, and all registration options close on July 24, 2026. Lodging blocks are available at several Rochester hotels with limited availability.

Sponsorship opportunities for National PELRA and its state chapters include various tiers. Exhibitor-only ($2,000) provides annual conference exhibiting and two staff. Bronze Supporter ($4,000) includes annual conference recognition, exhibiting, two staff, and one webinar. Copper Supporter ($6,000) adds full attendee lead contact information on opening day, branding, one complimentary conference registration, two webinars, and content opportunities. Silver Sponsor ($8,000) provides lead contact information three days prior, branding, two complimentary registrations, promotion on the National website and digital productions, two webinars, and bi-monthly content. Gold Sponsor ($12,000) includes lead contact information five days prior, branding on items like lanyards, three complimentary registrations, four webinars, and monthly content. Title Sponsor ($17,500) offers lead contact information two weeks prior, branding on lanyards and ID badges, four complimentary registrations, six webinars, and weekly content opportunities.
