About this conference

The Military Exchange Electronics Expo (ME3) Conference is designed to promote product knowledge and provide quality training to all attendees. This conference will focus on the Exchange’s corporate strategies for 2026-2027 and promote knowledge of vendor partners’ product assortments. The event includes classroom training sessions and exhibit booth product demonstrations, where associates learn about product features and benefits to assist customers with confidence. It is attended by Electronics associates, Department Managers/Supervisors, corporate executives, and senior buyers from AAFES and MCX stores throughout the CONUS, OCONUS, United States, Europe, and Pacific. The seminar is 100% vendor sponsored, and all sessions are mandatory for attendees.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship opportunities include training session packages and exhibit booth packages. A 1-hour training session package costs $27,600 and allows vendors to conduct 1-hour training classes on their products, including a private meeting room, registration and meals for up to four individuals, and WiFi. A 30-minute training session package costs $13,800 and includes similar benefits for up to three individuals. A 10-minute exhibit booth package costs $4,650 and includes a 10'x10' booth space, seating for Exchange Teams, basic power, WiFi, and registration/meals for up to two individuals. Shared vendor packages are permitted under certain conditions. The event is 100% vendor sponsored, and participation becomes part of the vendor's current retail agreement with the Exchanges.
