2026 Leadership Development and Advisory Council (LDAC) Conference

The Leadership Development and Advisory Council (LDAC) Conference fosters creative talent in the real estate appraisal profession. This annual event brings dedicated appraisers to Washington, D.C., to formulate solutions to challenges facing the profession and generate future leaders of the Appraisal Institute. It establishes an appraiser presence in Congress, highlighting the Appraisal Institute's active involvement in the political process. Through roundtable discussions, LDAC provides a forum for exchanging ideas and opinions on targeted appraisal topics.
