Stronger Together: Building Networks & New Ideas. This year's conference brings together local government professionals for a full day of connection, insight, and practical learning. Breakout sessions will focus on leading with energy and purpose, navigating burnout, stepping up with or without formal authority, preparing for the manager's role, and exploring practical topics that shape our daily work --- from economic development tools to police liability or TIF districts.
