2026 Holistic Health and Fitness Symposium (H2F)

The 2026 Holistic Health and Fitness Symposium (H2F), hosted by the U.S. Army, is taking place 13-14 May at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, Virginia. The event will feature keynote speakers, H2F awards presentation, and breakout sessions along with an industry partner exhibit hall. H2F is a comprehensive, integrated, and immersive health and fitness system that generates lethal soldiers who are physically, mentally, and spiritually ready to engage with and overmatch the enemy in multi-domain operations. The system accomplishes this by addressing the physical and non-physical components of fitness through performance professionals, programs, facilities, equipment, and education. H2F improves both individual soldier readiness and unit cohesion by enhancing unit integrity. The goal for the H2F Symposium is to bring together military, industry, and academia to collaborate on effective solutions within the H2F system.
