About this conference
ER&L believes great things happen when eresources, digital services, and related library industry folks come together, meet, learn, and have some fun along the way. Join us in March 2026 for our 21st annual library conference. The 2026 ER&L Fest is a community-created conference with a community-generated, peer-reviewed, and community-voted program. It focuses on the needs of eresource management librarians and related library roles.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship options include Tabletop Exhibit Booths (starting at $2,750), In-Person Sponsored Luncheons ($7,000), In-Person Sponsored Sessions ($5,000), branding on attendee gifts (Lanyards, Conference Bags, Water Bottles, Conference T-shirts, Co-Branded Attendee Gifts ranging from $2,000 to $4,500), and support for attendee experiences (Poster Session Break, Live DJ Dance Break, Accessibility Supporter, Registration Award Supporter, all $2,000 to $4,500). Add-ons for exhibitors include Attendee Email List ($2,500), Email Ad to Attendees ($750), Print Program Book Ad ($750-$1,250), and Onsite Meeting Room Rental ($1,000/day).
