About Electronic Resources & Libraries

ER&L (Electronic Resources & Libraries) is an annual, community-created conference focused on e-resources, digital services, and related topics for library professionals. It caters to academic and public library staff, e-resources managers, library technologists, and directors. The conference is organized by the ER&L community, with Bonnie Tijerina serving as the Conference Coordinator and program planning co-chairs from universities. The University of Texas at Austin Library was the host institution for the 2026 conference, ER&L Fest, which took place from March 1–4, 2026, in Austin, Texas, and online. The conference's scope includes electronic resources, library technology, and library services.
