Sponsorship options
Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities are anticipated to be similar to the 2025 Winter Conference. These included: Exhibit Spaces for Members (One-Table at $500, Two-Tables at $900) and for Non-Members (One-Table at $600, Two-Tables at $1,100). Sponsorship Tiers included: EMAO Presidential Sponsorship ($1,000) which included Logo on EMAO Website and Event Signage; EMAO Gold Sponsorship ($500) which included Logo on Event Signage; and EMAO Coffee Sponsorship ($250) which included recognition at the coffee station. Participating vendors may also have the opportunity to deliver brief presentations.
