About this conference
The 2026 Eagle Institute offers a unique, immersive experience designed to deepen the Leadership Forum experience for school business leaders. This year's program, 'Pearl Harbor on the Road,' uses the historical case study of Pearl Harbor to explore leadership in times of crisis, rapid decision-making, and team resilience. Through thought-provoking sessions, guided group exercises, a visit to the National WWII Museum, and a screening of 'Beyond All Boundaries,' attendees will examine the dangers of assumptions and biases, the risks of siloed organizations, and the impact of dismissive leadership. The program aims to uncover how initiative, accountability, and camaraderie shaped history, providing lessons to strengthen personal leadership and team resilience, and drive meaningful impact in schools and communities. (Registration for the 2026 Eagle Institute requires an additional fee and is only available for Leadership Forum registrants, and spaces are limited.)
