Association of School Business Officials International

ASBO International (Association of School Business Officials International) is a professional association that connects a global network of K‑12 school business leaders and provides resources, training, certifications (e.g., the SFO® designation), and recognition programs (e.g., the Meritorious Budget Award and Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting) to promote effective use of educational resources and best practices in school business management. In 2025 ASBO announced several strategic and affinity partnerships (including Gallagher, KPN, PEPPM, and School FIRM) and is actively promoting flagship programs and events such as the SFO certification, awards programs, and the 2026 Leadership Forum and Eagle Institute.
