About this conference
The 2026 DON Digital Warfighting Symposium East, formerly known as the DON IT Conference, will be a hybrid event, offering both in-person and virtual participation. The virtual side of the conference will be broadcast via Microsoft Teams, while the in-person component will be held at the Hilton Norfolk The Main. The purpose of the symposium is to educate Department of War (DoW) personnel on supporting and delivering the Information Superiority Vision (ISV) 2.0. Attendees will learn how the DON can best align with ISV 2.0's strategic objectives (Optimize, Secure, Decide), participate in sessions eligible for continuous learning credit for the Cyberspace/IT workforce, hear directly from DON IT leadership, and engage with peers to share insights, clarify information, and explore solutions to current IT challenges. It will also provide updates on actions or key topics from the 2026 Digital Warfighting Symposium West.
