About this conference
The 2026 Commercial Vehicle Safety Summit is a two-day event combining live demonstrations, expert insight, and cross-industry dialogue to explore the technologies, policies, and partnerships shaping the future of Commercial Vehicle (CV) safety. Hosted in collaboration with IMMI and CAPE Testing at the IMMI Conference Center and CAPE crash facility, it offers a unique opportunity to witness CV safety technologies in action. The agenda includes live crash demonstrations illustrating real-world safety dynamics, facility tours, product demonstrations showcasing emerging safety technologies, direct insights from federal regulators (including an update from Tim Johnson, director, Vehicle Research & Test Center, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), U.S. Department of Transportation), and expert panel discussions addressing key safety domains: Occupant Protection, ADAS & Autonomy, Lighting & Connectivity, and Braking & Distraction.
