About this conference
Join CALED for the 2026 Finance & Real Estate Summit as we discuss how cities and counties are building and developing their communities to serve their residents and businesses alike. Attendees will join their colleagues, experts, and resource providers in beautiful Olympic Valley to learn ways to elevate their communities and leverage existing and planned investments. Sessions will include discussions about the California legislative environment, OZ 2.0, and the California Permit Streamlining Academy (CaPSA) and how CALED is working to help cities and counties improve their existing permit process. The summit is focused on how local governments -- oftentimes in partnership with private developers -- finance and develop sites within their communities.
