About this conference
Join AIM members, immunization program staff, and immunization partners at the 2026 AIM Leadership in Action Conference! Attendees come for leadership development training, collaborative meeting opportunities with colleagues, and networking opportunities with national and nonprofit partners in the immunization space. The conference also provides exhibitors the opportunity to participate in leadership development training and to learn from program managers and their staff during concurrent breakout sessions. This event is for state, local, and territorial immunization program leaders to learn from each other, confront challenges, and discover leadership strategies to achieve success.
Sponsorship options
AIM invites Alliance partners to support key networking events at the 2026 AIM Leadership in Action Conference. These networking events provide additional opportunities for immunization program staff, immunization partners, and Alliance partners to learn from each other and build relationships. Sponsorships are available for networking events such as the Pre-conference Social Event (minimum $3,000 co-sponsor, $500 contributor), Networking Lunch (minimum $5,000 co-sponsor, $500 contributor), Networking Break (minimum $3,000 co-sponsor, $300 contributor), and Wellness Activity (minimum $1,000 co-sponsor, $150 contributor). Co-sponsor benefits include logo placement, podium acknowledgment, digital promotion, and option to provide branded items. Contributor benefits include logo placement and recognition in the conference app. Exhibiting opportunities are also available for for-profit organizations through the AIM Alliance program and for nonprofit organizations at a discounted rate of $1,200.
