The Earned Value Management Practitioners' (EVMP) Forum aims to help project controls professionals understand government requirements and objectives, and implement effective EVMS processes and tools for reliable project performance reporting. The 16th Annual EVMP Forum, a two-day event, is the premier gathering for the EVM and project controls community, bringing together professionals from government and industry to share best practices, strengthen the use of Scheduling and EVM tools, improve analysis, reporting, and decision support, and exchange insights on current policy, guidance, and emerging topics. Session tracks for 2026 will cover DOD, DOE, and Federal Agency EVM Policies, Guidance, and Processes; Emerging Topics in Project Controls; Project Scheduling Best Practices; EVM Analysis and Reporting; Agile Development, Planning, & Project Controls; and Enterprise Best Practices for Project Controls.
