The government seeks vendor feedback on a draft Performance Work Statement and is particularly interested in technical architecture, system integration, knowledge management, and deployment metrics from similar government or enterprise environments. Responses to this pre-solicitation RFI are due January 20, 2026, and the procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside intended to support multiple federal agencies including USAGov, Login.gov, HHS, and the Department of State.

Selected respondents will be invited to demonstrate technologies at Avon Park Air Force Range (demonstrations scheduled April 13–17, 2026) and must submit nominations via the Vulcan system and a mandatory electronic supplemental information form. This is an information/experiment solicitation (no direct contract award from this RFI); participants are responsible for their own submission and travel costs and must complete required safety documentation.
