The purpose of the 2016 Permanent Supportive Housing Notice of Funding Availability – addendum is to make available up to an additional four million dollars in County Housing Successor Agency funds and/or Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds to promote the acquisition, new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive Housing and an additional 100 Project-Based Vouchers to Orange County’s extremely low-income households who are homeless.
