Rooftop-Mounted Packaged Air Conditioning Units: Selected contractor will remove and transport to County’s designated storage area seven (7) rooftop-mounted packaged air conditioning units, and provide and install seven (7) new rooftop-mounted packaged air conditioning units with accessories as shown on plans. Zone Damper Controllers: Selected contractor will remove and transport to County’s designated storage area the existing controls in each existing zone damper, and provide and install new controls at each existing zone damper. The new controls will include actuator and airflow measurement or velocity sensor to allow for pressure-independent control. Exhaust Fans: Selected contractor will remove and transport to County’s designated storage area two (2) rooftop-mounted exhaust fans and install two (2) new rooftop-mounted downblast exhaust fans with accessories as shown on plans. Split-System: Selected contractor will remove and transport to County’s designated storage area nine (9) Split System AC units, and provide and install a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system comprised of twelve indoor fan coil units and five outdoor condensing units. The new system will also include one new intake fan. Units are to either be heat pumps, or come equipped with electric heat strips. Contractor to provide/install curb adaptors as necessary. Convenience outlets and non-fused disconnects to be provided at each unit. Contractor to make all necessary electrical connections (460 volt/3 phase) to each unit.
