Workforce Solutions Alamo is requesting information from qualified vendors on modern enterprise electronic document and records management solutions to replace its existing Cabinet platform. The proposed solution is expected to support secure migration and preservation of existing records, document storage and indexing, metadata and full-text search, version control, workflow automation, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Vendors should address role-based access, encryption, audit logging, Texas records-management compliance, relevant implementation experience, and estimated five-year total cost of ownership.
