Provide Exercise and Training Support Services to meet the collective training requirements of the National Guard (NG) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise (CRE). The CRE consists of elements nationwide, including the: Weapons of Mass Destruction - Civil Support Team (WMD-CST); CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Homeland Response Force (HRF); These units are postured to support civil authorities and federal partners in domestic incidents and specified threats. Please see the attached "CRE 101 Overview" for additional information about the National Guard's CBRN Response Enterprise. Temporary contractor support is occasionally required during training exercises and typically involves role players and subject matter experts in the Incident Command System (ICS), Urban Search and Rescue, HAZMAT Response, and Medical Triage. These training events typically last one week, are held nationwide on a regular basis, and have their own specific requirements.

The notice estimates the contract value between $25,000 and $100,000, is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 236220, and anticipates a firm-fixed-price RFQ/solicitation issuance in early January 2026 with a pre-quote/site visit planned.
