The Board of Public Affairs meeting included the nomination of a Committee Chair person, approval of requisitions for 2018, and approval for Jim Baxter, Tom Graber, and Steve Wise to attend a workshop. The Board discussed locking in electric rates for 2019, a new heater purchase for the filter room, the annual sewer sludge report, a NEFCO application, a roof leak repair, and assessment planning. A question was raised regarding waiving the tap-in fee for a new home construction due to a previous tap at the location. The Engineer discussed plans for the Gentle Brook Condos and the Village's potential ownership of the sanitary sewer lines, as well as the design draft for the sanitary sewer line.
