The United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Plant Science Research Unit seeks AVITI next-generation sequencing services for USDA-prepared wheat DNA libraries. The work includes quality-control testing of 22 library pools, paired-end and single-end sequencing, and delivery of FASTQ files, FastQC reports, and flow-cell reports. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside for work in Raleigh, North Carolina, with performance scheduled from October 5, 2026, through October 4, 2027.
