It restores redundancy, mitigates risks from outdated satellite chillers, and integrates via extended chilled water loops. The steel-frame facility, clad in unt brick facade, includes a 2.7 mw electrical load (to 4 mw) and 20" supply/return lines, utilizing allocated west-side space for construction and future expansion.
