The renovation will result in a new arrangement of student commons, offices and small to medium classrooms. This adaptive re-use will include new energy-efficient building systems, envelope upgrades, new structure, skylights, interior use of wood, and low VOC finishes, all of which advance the College’s sustainability goals. In addition to the building renovation, site improvements will be made to provide an accessible entrance as well as site utility upgrades to provide adequate services to the building.
