The U.S. Embassy Windhoek has issued a Presolicitation Notice (Notice ID 19WA8026Q0025) for a firm-fixed-price contract for the delivery of diesel fuel to fill the underground storage tanks at the U.S. Embassy in Windhoek, Namibia. Offers may be submitted electronically via email (up to 15 MB) to whkproc@state.gov or in person at 38 Metje Street, Klein Windhoek, before the response date and time. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered, and the Government may award based on the initial offer without discussion.

Provide design and construction services, for the interior renovation of the existing space, including but not limited to teller areas, multiple offices, conference room, break room, and lobby. Work shall include all necessary demolition and new construction of interior architectural elements and finishes, cabling as needed, physical security, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems as required by code, fire protection as required by code, fire alarm as required by code and other associated design and construction requirements necessary to render the space complete and usable by the owners.
