The U.S. Embassy in Paris has issued a presolicitation for the purchase and delivery of approximately 80 household appliances for the U.S. Mission in France. The procurement will be awarded as a purchase order to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror, and all submissions must be electronic. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their offers by the June 2026 deadline.

The U.S. Department of State (RPSO Frankfurt) issued a presolicitation for firm fixed-price construction to perform structural rehabilitation and waterproofing repairs at the Hôtel de Pontalba, the U.S. Ambassador’s residence in Paris. The project includes selective demolition, shoring/underpinning, reinforced concrete and structural steel repairs, masonry restoration, drainage and waterproofing, and is estimated between $500,000 and $2,000,000. Interested firms must submit a written expression of interest by May 28, 2026 to receive the solicitation package; the solicitation documents will not be posted on SAM.gov.
