The contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any services i. E. , maintenance of furnished equipment to the department of pathology, under a cost-per-reportable basis. Under the cost-per- reportable results arrangement, the contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, reagents, controls, consumables, and any other parts or services to ensure the laboratory is able to execute the required testing. Contractor shall include delivery, installation, all calibrators/standards, reagents, and quality control materials. This requirement is for a base year beginning 1 august 2026 or date of award through 31 july 2027, and four option years if exercised.
