Reoccurring Propane delivery is required to promote a healthy and safe work environment for heating buildings at the CRREL. The pricing for this contract will be set using a fixed margin cost per gallon of propane delivered on an auto-fill status. Pricing per gallon will be set at the Selkirk Wholesale Propane terminal cost the day of the delivery and the fixed margin cost will be added to each wholesale gallon cost of propane. It is not required that propane be purchased from the Selkirk Wholesale pipeline it will only be used as the price basis for the propane sold under this contract. (The fixed price margin cost shall be demonstrated in U.S. Currency per gallon $.00) The estimated propane usage per year is 15,000 gallons with the Option to increase the amount due to weather or added equipment that utilizes propane fuel.
