The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary to supply and install a pre-engineered storage building structure. The contractor shall purchase, deliver and install one 60 F x 60 F I-beam (red iron) steel building with a 14 F eave height and a 6-inch concrete welded wire re-enforced floor. The building will be a pre-engineered building having 26-gauge galvalume roof and walls. Roof will have a 4:12 roof pitch with 6" of eave overhang and 6" of gable overhang. The walls and trim will all be tan colored. All columns will be supported by concrete footings. The concrete footings and slab will be a 3,500-psi mix and all rebar reinforcement will be by engineer's design. One 12 F (H) x 16 F (W) roll-up steel door will be installed on each of the endwalls of the building. These doors will be a Raynor slat type door constructed with 22-gauge steel and have a manual chain hoist for operation. Also, one 3/0 7/0 steel walk-in door with all required hardware will be installed on one sidewall of the building. Structure, footings and concrete slab will be designed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer.
