The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) issued a Notice of Intent for the Radar Development Contract (RDC) to extend the ordering period and increase the contract ceiling under a sole-source authority. The agency intends to negotiate and award a sole source modification to Raytheon Company to extend the ordering period through October 31, 2030, and add $773.5M to support AN/TPY-2 radar development and sustainment. This notice is informational to support potential future competition and is not a request for competitive proposals.

Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal issued a Sources Sought notice seeking capability statements for a five-year Life Cycle Launcher Support (LCLS) contract to provide field service representatives, depot repair, supply chain management, and program-level management for HIMARS and MLRS launchers starting Jan 2028. This notice is strictly market research (Sources Sought) and not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and responses are voluntary. Questions and capabilities statements are due April 14, 2026; submissions are to be emailed to the contracting officer and contract specialist listed on the SAM.gov posting.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Aviation) issued Solicitation SPRRA1-26-R-0033 to procure 119 units of Landing Lights for Aircraft under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. Proposals are due by May 5, 2026, and include requirements for First Article Inspection procedures and IUID marking for high-value items. Deliveries are scheduled for the DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker Air Force Base.
