The contractor shall be currently certified in mold remediation. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, personnel, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for this project as described here in other specific tasks as further defined. The contractor shall provide removal and remediation of building materials that are showing visible signs of mold growth, excessive water saturation or moisture intrusion on drywall, wallpaper, plaster, evaluate the affected wall cavity, flooring, furniture, ceiling tiles, to include repairing any damaged ceiling grid. The following services are required for performance under this contract: Strip six wooden chapel doors. Stain all six wooden doors. Apply coats of marine varnish to six wooden doors. Install new weatherstripping. Buff all hardware and apply a clearcoat for protection of hardware. All other prep material required. See attached file.
