The contractor shall provide selected training material to First Sergeant Academy students on Leadership modules focusing on personal, group, and organizational growth and development as a First Sergeant. The contractor shall create, provide and modify a two-hour instruction on value of First Sergeants courageous leadership, delivered across 7 scheduled training sessions within each period of performance year. The contractor is required to be present starting in 23 February 2026. The contractor shall incorporate exchanges that will enable each member to become more self-aware of strengths as well as areas that can be improved upon in their personal and professional lives. The contractor shall provide digital copies of course preparatory work, presentation materials, and workbooks, which the government may modify or supplement to best meet the needs of the course. This requirement includes recommended workbooks, homework, and classroom visual aid materials for all certified subject areas. See attached file.
