Seeking proposals for engineering and site study work for Hope Field, a municipally owned site. The intention of this project is to understand what kind of residential/mixed use development the parcel can support, in an effort to increase housing units in and provide a new site for the Fire Department. The results of this study will inform the Town’s decisions about how to proceed with this site, e.g. whether to seek bids from housing developers and what the parameters and expectations for that process should be.
