The board meeting agenda included procedural matters such as calling to order and establishing a quorum, recognition of the outgoing board president, and a test item motion and vote. A board reorganization with the acceptance of nominations and approval of officers was conducted. Consent agenda items covered clinical and training contracts, the appointment of a negotiating team and chief negotiator, and the appointment of a treasurer and deputy treasurers. Policy revisions for Reduction in Force (RIF) and teacher suspension, dismissal, and non-reemployment were also approved. The agenda also included facilities items, personnel items, new business, announcements, and adjournment.

The 2024-2025 Tulsa Tech Strategic Framework centers around becoming the region's leader in career and technical education, ensuring quality jobs for students and a skilled workforce for companies. The framework's vision is to educate people for workplace success, guided by core values of communication and collaboration, diversity and respect, accountability and high expectations, innovation and flexibility, and service and stewardship. Key outcome areas include enhancing the student and client experience, fostering community engagement, aligning programs and curriculum with industry standards, strengthening business and industry partnerships, and improving operational efficiency. Specific goals include improving completion/retention rates, client repeat rates, and student enrollment; implementing fast-track training plans; enhancing the student/client experience; increasing related placement; expanding work-based learning hours; developing strategic engagement plans with local chambers and governments; maximizing community engagement; implementing cross-product marketing plans; and improving operational efficiency and resource allocation.
