The project includes two new connections with Brown County Water Utility to provide new water supply to the Town. Four (4) existing water supply wells are required to be sealed and abandoned, and the existing water treatment plant facilities shall be demolished. Project shall include erosion control, landscape restoration, pavement repair, demolition, disposal, maintenance of traffic, site restoration, cleanup and incidental work to complete the project.
