The board reviewed and granted a variance for a driveway exceeding 250 feet in length on Kiel Road. Additionally, the board considered a request for a setback variance regarding a garage construction project, which did not result in a formal motion to approve.

The commission reviewed and proposed changes to the draft of an adult-oriented establishment ordinance for recommendation to the Town Board. Members also discussed potential revisions to zoning codes and reviewed the approach for updating the Comprehensive Plan, with plans to solicit proposals and quotes for further consideration.

The meeting included a candidate listening session for the Fond du Lac County Board Supervisor District 12 race.
