This project consists of the replacement of existing waterlines. In addition, the water lines will be upgraded to allow for the installation of fire hydrants. The Project consists of constructing: Contract No. 1 - will consist of approx. 12,750 LF of 8" water main, 13,700 LF of 6" water main, 3,900 LF of 2" water main, 3,000 L.F. of service lines, 104 Meters and Settings, 100 Service reconnections, 4 Service relocations, valves, hydrants, and all appurtenances. Contract No. 2 - will consist of approx. 8,800 LF of 8" water main, 11,300 LF of 6" water main, 8,600 LF of 4" water main, 4,600 LF of 2" water main, 3,300 LF of service lines, 49 Meters and Settings, 47 Service reconnections, 2 Service relocations, bridge modifications, valves, hydrants, and all appurtenances. Contract No. 3 - will consist of either the rehabilitation or replacement of a 250,000-gallon water storage tank (Yards Storage Tank) and all appurtenances. Contract No. 4 - will consist of either the rehabilitation or replacement of a 225,000-gallon water storage tank (Shop Hollow Storage Tank) and all appurtenances.

Contract I Water infrastructure improvements include construction of a new 10-inch water line and appurtenances to connect to the existing water system and a service meter and valve vault to serve the fishery. Contract II Water infrastructure improvements include upgrades at three existing water pump stations. Contract III Sewer infrastructure improvements include construction of a new sewage lift station to serve the new fishery, a new 6-inch force main and appurtenances to connect the new lift station to an existing influent lift station which conveys sewage to the existing sewage treatment plant, and upgrades at the existing influent lift station.
