The agreement involves the college providing support functions for finance, human resources, and other business matters for the Association. The college will absorb the administrative staffing of the association in two phases, 50% in 1999-2000 and the remaining 50% in 2000-2001, and will charge the Association for maintaining the books and records plus other services.
