The strategic plan for SUNY Cobleskill Ag & Tech, introduced in 2018, aims to sustain a thriving and effective institution. It is structured around five strategic initiatives: fulfilling the institutional vision through contemporary structure and branding; honoring its mission by maximizing learner access, progression, and success; living its values by fostering diversity, inclusion, belonging, and community; achieving operational excellence through fiscal and operational sustainability and creating a positive work environment; and strengthening vibrant community partnerships to impact economic and human capacity and cultivate global citizens. The plan seeks to create a greater impact on students and communities beyond the campus.

The meeting included updates from the President, a budget summary report, an enrollment management plan, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, an academic optimization plan, and the Institute for Rural Vitality.
