Statements of qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified prime contractors interested in performing canal lining and earthwork. the project generally consists of rehabilitation of approx. seven mi of irrigation canals through earthwork preparation and installation of a textured HDPE geomembrane liner system. Work is anticipated to include grading, subgrade preparation, anchor trench construction, liner installation, field welding, testing, repairs, and related appurtenant work. this is a contractor pre-qualification process. The purpose of this process is to determine whether contractors meet min. qualifications to perform the anticipated construction work.
