Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of NJSA 19:44A-20.4 (New Jersey Pay to Play Law) the Town of Hammonton, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey is seeking RFQ's for Professional Services for the following positions: Description of Position Town Solicitor Town Engineer Alternate Town Engineer Auditor Labor Attorney Town Planner Traffic Consultant Airport Consultant Bond Counsel Joint Municipal Court Prosecutor Conflict Joint Municipal Court Prosecutor Conflict Solicitor Planning/Zoning Board Solicitor Public Defender Joint Municipal Court Conflict Public Defender Joint Municipal Court Joint Municipal Court Judge Conflict Joint Municipal Court Judge Landscape Architect Economic Developer/Grant Writer Risk Management Consultant (up to 3 year appointment) Please submit your qualifications only, to the Town of Hammonton, 100 Central Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037 Attn: Frank Zuber, Municipal Clerk/Qualified Purchasing Agent, or email to fzuber@townofhammonton.org no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday December 9, 2026.
