This document outlines the Coordinated Resource Management Plan (CRMP) for Sanpete County, designed to address specific local natural resource issues. Initiated by a survey in 2014, the plan identifies 11 key areas of concern including agricultural and residential water quantity and quality, fire and fuels management, invasive weeds and pests, range vegetation and health, wildlife and fish, agricultural sustainability, capital improvements, road infrastructure, and community resource education. The CRMP, developed with local input and technical teams, serves as a working document to secure funding and influence policy to resolve these issues and improve the county's natural resources.

This strategic plan for Snow College is guided by the core principles of Quality, Accessibility, and Affordability, which are integrated throughout its strategies. The plan identifies five key strategic pillars: Student Success, Academics, Recruitment & Retention, Employees, and Infrastructure. It aims to enhance diversity, increase the quality and rigor of teaching, develop student engagement opportunities, and improve the overall teaching, learning, and environment, positioning the institution for a competitive advantage in higher education.

The Snow College Strategic Reinvestment Plan outlines the reallocation of \$1,678,700 over three fiscal years, as mandated by the Utah State Legislature House Bill 265. The plan focuses on workforce alignment, operational efficiencies, student supports, and commitment to rural communities. It includes discontinuing programs like French, Italian, Media Studies, and Service-Learning, while expanding programs like Prison Education, Elementary Education, and Strategic Communication. The plan also introduces new programs such as Pre-Architecture, Radiologic Technology, and Rural Entrepreneurship, aiming to enhance job skills and promote economic development in the region.

The meeting covered key topics including an investment report, a new procurement policy, and a strategic plan. The investment report was accepted and approved. The new procurement policy, reflecting recent Utah state changes, was also approved. A strategic plan, developed over nine months of meetings and input from various stakeholders, was presented and approved, focusing on quality instruction, general education, two-year/four-year programs, economic development, and cost/affordability. Due to time constraints, remaining agenda items were postponed.

Snow College's strategic plan centers around three core themes: Tradition of Excellence, Culture of Innovation, and Atmosphere of Engagement. The Tradition of Excellence theme focuses on providing a vibrant learning environment to empower student success in achieving educational goals, transferring to other institutions, and succeeding in the workforce. The Culture of Innovation theme aims to foster a college-wide culture of innovation through resource allocation, the adoption of best practices, and the encouragement of creative thinking. The Atmosphere of Engagement theme emphasizes creating learning and service opportunities to engage students, faculty, staff, and the community, promoting student development, collaborative experiences, and regional stewardship through sustainable initiatives.
