This strategic plan, adopted in Fall 2023, serves as a roadmap for the San Francisco State University Foundation to guide its activities for the next five years. It aims to ensure every SF State student thrives by delivering academic excellence, advancing social justice, and graduating new generations of change-makers into society and the workforce. The plan focuses on four strategic priorities: advancing student success, ensuring financial alignment and endowment health, strengthening community relationships, and fostering a diverse and engaged Board culture.
