Sacramento Area Sewer District is seeking one or more qualified public-relations firms to provide on-call communications support for its utility operations. Services include strategic counsel, crisis communications, content and media relations, stakeholder and social-media outreach, website development, event planning, and print and digital collateral. Work is on an as-needed, time-and-expenses basis under a not-to-exceed ceiling; proposals are limited to 20 pages and evaluated on experience, qualifications, responsiveness, and references, with projected maximum compensation of $100,000–$175,000.
