The Roosevelt Public School Gifted and Talented Program is designed to nurture each student's passion for learning within a supportive environment that encourages exploration and development of individual interests. It implements a Schoolwide Enrichment Model for all students in Grades K-5, focusing on the 'whole child, every child,' and provides advanced and enriched learning opportunities across curricular, social-emotional, and citizenship experiences. The program emphasizes differentiated instruction, small group and individual programs, and addresses students' social and emotional needs to foster self-awareness and lifelong learning. The goal is to empower students to achieve their fullest potential while providing the necessary challenges and support to thrive in a world that demands adaptability and resilience.
