Removing the existing single pane window curtain wall system on the east facade of the 2-story section of the Academic Building and Bookstore. Install new 6" metal stud wall with spray foam insulation on the interior and continuous insulation on the exterior with fiber cement panels. Install aluminum fixed windows with bronze tint, new entrance doors and hardware on the first and second floor east entrances. Reinstall existing flooring on the second floor and installing new tile in Lobby and patching of the ceramic tile at the first floor Bookstore. Clean and paint the exterior columns and stain the exposed wood decking.
